The study aimed to identify the impact of remote work in its dimensions (communication, information technology, skills, mutual trust of work parties, flexible working hours, decision-making remotely) on the level of job performance at King Abdulaziz University in the Sulaymaniyah branch, as well as knowing the extent to which there are significant differences. Statistics about the level of job performance due to the personal and functional variables (gender - age group - educational level - job title - number of years of experience - monthly salary). ) A single male and female employee involved in remote work at King Abdulaziz University, Sulaymaniyah Branch, of administrative leaders and employees, where the majority of the sample was females with a rate of (56.3%) and males with a rate of (43.7%). The data was analyzed using the SPSS program. The current study concluded with important results that may help support the trend towards remote work in all governmental and private organizations at the level of the Kingdom in general. Where it was found that the application of the remote work method at King Abdulaziz University was medium, while the level of job performance was high, and the results indicated that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between remote work and its dimensions (communication, information technology, skills, mutual trust of the work parties, Flexible working hours, remote decision-making) and the level of job performance at King Abdulaziz University, and it also created statistically significant differences in the dimensions of remote work according to the variables of age and educational level. The study recommended that the university should continue to support, promote and disseminate the culture of remote work as a new method that requires a specific quality of management that is more developed and different from the traditional administrative methods, through which it aims to improve job performance and the performance of the university as a whole, with the necessity of directing more capabilities to provide requirements. Technology and informatics to work remotely within the university, while providing communication channels for remote workers that enable them to perform their tasks in a safe manner, in addition to using software that contributes to reducing errors during remote work.
